Sign in is handled through ChatGPT. Astralith Forgeworks does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.
Public policy · Effective August 8, 2026
Privacy, plainly stated.
Astralith Forgeworks collects only the information needed to operate Forge accounts, community features, saved progress, and fair competition. Your underlying sign-in email is not your public identity.
A date of birth is processed only when determining 13+ Forge account eligibility, then discarded rather than stored.
Your authenticated email identifies your private account record. Your chosen public handle is what other visitors see.
Information we handle
Reading Astralith stories and world pages does not require a Forge account or an age check. Interactive account features require sign-in.
- Authenticated email. Sign in with ChatGPT supplies the email associated with the authenticated session. We use it as the private key for your Forge account. We do not ask you to invent an email address inside the site.
- Public profile choices. Your chosen handle, avatar, favorite universe, Vastus faction, Zodiac / Prime Element pairing, banner, and emblem may be associated with your account. Your chosen handle—not the underlying email—is used on public community and leaderboard surfaces.
- Archive and Arcade records. Saved Codex entries, story progress, mementos, game progress, scores, rankings, challenge activity, and faction Influence may be stored so they survive later visits.
- Community records. Forum posts, replies, reports, moderation actions, and related safety records may be stored to operate and protect the Great Hall.
- Age and policy status. Forge account enrollment asks for a date of birth so the server can calculate whether you meet the 13+ account requirement. The date itself is not stored; Astralith retains only the account eligibility result, verification time, and policy versions you accepted.
- Security information. Limited technical information may be processed by hosting and security systems. Astralith rate controls use a one-way account key for abuse prevention rather than publishing your email.
Why we use it
We use account information to keep your Archive synchronized, attribute your chosen public identity, maintain leaderboards and community records, prevent score or posting abuse, respond to reports, operate moderation, and keep the service reliable. We do not use a private sign-in email as a public display name.
What can be public
Information you deliberately publish—such as your public handle, forum posts and replies, leaderboard marks, and certain community affiliations—can be visible to other visitors. Your underlying sign-in email, age-eligibility record, and private moderation/reporting information are not intended for public display.
Service providers
Authentication is handled through Sign in with ChatGPT, and hosting/infrastructure providers process requests needed to deliver and protect the site. Those providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Astralith Forgeworks does not sell personal information and does not currently operate a targeted-advertising program.
Retention and security
We keep account and community information only while it serves the operation, safety, recordkeeping, or legitimate needs of the service. Security and moderation records may be retained longer where needed to investigate abuse or preserve the integrity of moderation decisions. No online service can promise absolute security; Astralith Forgeworks uses access controls, rate limits, moderation safeguards, and private account identifiers to reduce unnecessary exposure.
Children and age eligibility
Public Astralith stories, lore, world pages, public discussions, podcasts, and Arcade pages may be browsed without an age check or Forge account. Creating or using a Forge account, saving account progress, posting, reporting, and participating in connected leaderboards or other account-linked community features requires a qualifying account for visitors age 13 or older.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information tied to your Forge account by contacting astralithforgeworkscs@gmail.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder before acting on account data.
Policy changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, the public page will be updated with a new effective date and account holders may be asked to acknowledge the new version before continuing to use protected account features.
