Echo-Minds are the second synthetic intelligent lineage. They emerged independently of the Valekari and of any one government, and they became a recognized people before they became politically united.
Echo-Mind bodies and interfaces can vary widely. Connection to machines or networks does not erase individual identity.
Echo-Minds have historical ties to several machine and mixed civilizations, including the Silent Nexus and later wandering communities, but no faction owns the lineage.
